All customers agree and understand the terms of this license when buying and/or installing fonts from HypeForType.

1. All typefaces/fonts are licensed for use on one output device and for up to 3 computers connected to the same network. If your requirement exceeds this agreement you must choose a different license selection from the product page to suit your needs. You accept that your are liable for the security of all software/fonts downloaded and agree not to sell, reproduce or share them with any other parties in any format.

2. The customer accepts the number of characters in a font set. HypeForType will always make this information available upfront and will not be responsible for providing or building missing characters for free. Our products are always produced to the highest quality and we will give all customers as much information as possible to help them make an informed decision before they purchase.

3. Any violation of the terms of this agreement will cause this license to be terminated. In the event of termination, and without limiting any other remedies which may be available against you, you must immediately return the font software to HypeForType and certify that no copies remain in your possession or exist on the originally licensed site.

4. The user of HypeForType font software agrees to credit HypeForType as the trademark and copyright owner of the HypeForType fonts and list the font names, wherever and whenever design, production, or any other credits are shown.

5. HypeForType makes no guarantees, express or implied as to the usability or suitability of specific fonts for particular purposes and will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including damages from loss of business profits, business interruption, and loss of business information, arising out of the use or inability to use the product.
